At Crystal La La Land, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique gemstones. Because we deal with one-of-a-kind natural items, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers.

1. Return Window

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Due to the unique nature of our crystals and jewelry findings, we cannot accept return requests made after this 3-day window.

2. How to Start a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us at Crystallalaland@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Store Credit: Issued immediately as a digital gift card for your next purchase.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunded to your original bank or credit card.

5. Processing Time

Please note that refunds to the original payment method typically take 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your account. This timeframe depends entirely on your financial institution or bank's processing procedures.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
